I've been trying out Covergirl polishes these last months and today I have a new review for you. To see a previous swatch post of Glowing Nights Glosstinis in #GlowingNights, please hit that link. #GlowingNights is actually one of my favorite nail colors now, definitely like it a lot more than the one I am sharing today. I grabbed this color #GetGlowing last week in an effort to bring some yellow polish into my life, I also picked up another yellow shade of Sally Hansen from Target. Unfortunately neither poish was a huge success. I loved the shade of yellow of the Sally Hansen but I got a very bad bottle with very lumpy polish. Then I tried this one and didn't really love the color, it is just too bright.
I picked up #GetGlowing with a dusty turquoise color called #AfterDark. With coupons I paid like $1.25 per bottle which is really cheap considering I have found this formula to be super decent.
#GetGlowing is a pretty sheer polish, I had to do three coats to get the color you see here. And even though I am not a huge fan of the shade, it's already on its 3rd day and there are no signs of chips at all.
This is the 4th polish in my Covergil Glossy Days & Glowing Nights Collection. It's my least favorite of them all, but if you are looking for that perfect, bright, canary yellow color then this is it.
The Glosstinis formula makes this polish worth while and I love these little bottles. I will be posting swatches of #AfterDark soon so you can see what that shade looks like. I would and will probably be getting more of these cute little guys. Are you a fan of Covergirl polishes?
