Fall is the best season and this year is going to be no exception. There are so many fall activities on my calendar that I can't wait to start checking each item off. We live in a small town and though there isn't too much to do year-round, they do manage to plan a lot of great community activities in the fall months. In our area we don't get a lot of fall colors or fall foliage, but we always make sure to decorate and make our homes feel as fall-ready as possible. One of the best parts of fall is the fall flavors: there is a lot season flavoring going on (I have my cabinets filled with limited edition packages already!) and I love every minute of it. One of the best parts of fall is also the baking, today I want to share an easy way #BakeInTheFun with an easy recipe.

Before I share my recipe, let me share with you the MARS Bake In The Fun Sweepstakes, enter below for a chance to win a Kitchen Aid® Mixer.

I purchased the ingredients for this recipe at Walmart where they currently have an awesome fall baking section.

Caramel Apple & Cranberry Muffin Recipe:

1 box Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme®  Caramel Apple Cake Mix
3 eggs
1 cup of Snapple® Apple
1/4 cup of Mott's® Apple Sauce Original
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Pre-heat oven to 350° and prepare your muffin pan with a no-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine cake mix, Snapple® Apple, Mott's® Apple Sauce Original, cranberries and 3 eggs. Mix until smooth and pour into muffin pan until half full. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes. If you will be frosting, allow to cool first.

For the purpose of this post and so the kids will eat these yummy muffins, I made sure to add some Pillsbury™ Supreme Creamy® Cream Cheese Seasonal Frosting on top. Just a small dollop on top plus a few M&M's® Pecan Pie and you are done!

I love the tartness of the cranberries mixed with Caramel Apple flavor. These are awesome served with some Pumpkin Spice Coffee for the grown ups and a cold glass of milk for the kids.

This is an easy way to bring some of that fall Caramel Apple flavor home and get everyone in the mood for fall. What is your favorite way to celebrate fall: cooking, baking or activities? Be sure to check out other great MARS Harvest recipe ideas. I'd love to hear about your new favorite recipe!
