When my girls were little we used to go to the movies every single week, I remember being at the premier of every children's movie with them and how much we enjoyed that time together. A lot changes when your kids get older. We don't all go to the movies together anymore, the only one of them that I go with, if I do, is Jack. The other girls all go off on their own with their boyfriends. But every once in a while we enjoy getting together to spend watch a movie that we all liked at the theater together at home and this week with the release of Pitch Perfect 2 we made time for a girls-night-in. What a hilarious movie Pitch Perfect 2 is, it's so good that one of the girls went to see it 3 times in theater AND she bought the same Pitch Perfect 2 Walmart exclusive Blu-ray combo pack that I got. Yeah some of us might love Pitch Perfect a little TOO much!

Oh and don't forget the candy! Je, je, we love candy so grabbing an assortment of candies will definitely bring all my girls to the yard.
As the makeup hoarder that I am, I have tons of lipsticks are still brand new. Of course the girls always want to try the new stuff so this time I pulled out some of my new lippies to try out. Seriously, I think one of the main reasons that the girls hang out with me at all is the access to all those goodies. I don't actually mind sharing all of my stuff with them, sometimes we even do a little bit of makeup swapping, which is another great idea for a girls-night-in.
Manis, pedis, new lipsticks, candy and Pitch Perfect 2, could it get any better? It's a weekday so we only have a few hours, everyone works tomorrow and goes to school but nothing makes worth getting together on a week day more than watching an awesome movie together.
