That’s why we are super excited about Discovery Familia’s new season of EL DESAFIO DE BUDDY LATINOAMERICA, a spinoff of the popular series hosted by well-known chef Buddy Valastro (The Next Great Baker). In the first season of EL DESAFÍO DE BUDDY LATINOAMERICA, eight contestants from Argentina, Colombia and Mexico meet in the kitchen to demonstrate their pastry skills. Only one finalist will win the big prize of $ 50,000. The winner will be the one baker who overcomes all challenges with character, skill, intelligence and creativity.
Over 6 episodes, the host Alfredo Oropeza guide participants through different challenges and have to prove who has the most talent to make the biggest, colorful and original cakes. In each episode contestants must respond to the request of a very special client who comes to the kitchen to ask for their help. And after finishing, their cakes will be judged and one of them will win. EL DESAFÍO DE BUDDY LATINOAMERICA has a great inspiration and reference, Buddy Valastro, who will be part of the grand finale of this creative and entertaining show.
