Did you know that there is a Fast & Furious™ toy line? I did not! We are huge fans of the Fast & Furious franchise and were very excited to learn about the first ever Fast & Furious™ toy line inspired by the movie's real cars and characters.
Over the course of eight films that have successively stoked passion in an ever-expanding audience, Fast & Furious is a global box-office blockbuster that continues to entertain audiences of all ages.
F8 on DVD and Blu-ray released on July 11th. Purchasing my grandkids a few of the playsets from my local Walmart is the perfect way to get them excited for the film. These toys allow them to recreate some of their favorite scenes from the films, plus come up with new scenes all of their own.

Fast & Furious™ Beach Playdate

Once I heard about the Fast & Furious toy line, I decided it would be a great idea to incorporate the toys into our day at the beach. The beach is a great place to hangout on a summer day and having some fun toys to extend the play and expand their minds is a great idea.

  • Pick up Fast & Furious toys from Walmart - I picked up one of the Fast & Furious™ Deluxe Scene Playset and a Fast & Furious™ Basic Stunt Car.
  • For hours of play the kids need good beach gear: rash guards, hats, towels
  • You also want to have plenty of sun protection: sunblock, aloe vera gel
  • Other beach toys: buckets and shovels
  • Water bottles and snacks

I would have loved to pick up a Fast & Furious™ Basic Stunt Car for each of the boys but these must be super popular because I got the last one at my store. We will definitely have to keep an eye out for a few more because the kids love the characters and would love one of each, especially one of their favorite character, Dom Toretto.

These boys are so good about sharing, and together they had tons and tons of fun reenacting their favorite scenes and using the sand and water to create new obstacles for the Fast & Furious toys.

This is the kind of play that I love watching the kids enjoy, getting down on the ground with toys and expanding their minds with imaginative play. This is how I remember playing as a child and as technology has become such a large part of our lives, it's something that I sorely miss seeing.

The boys had such a blast playing with the Fast & Furious™ playset and stunt car. We'll be at the beach again tomorrow all day, and of course we are bringing the toys back for another day of stunts and action amongst the water and sand.

Not only are we huge fans of the Fast & Furious™ films, we now love the toys too! Anything that inspires so many hours of fun and laughter for these boys, has to be good. When was the last time you watched your kids play with toys for hours on end? Get more Fast & Furious™ playtime ideas and join in on the fun!
